Community Reading Day

On October 23, we gathered at Weston’s studio at Epsilon Spires to record the voices of community members reading Diana’s poem for the Sonic Blanket radio piece (you can read it here). The call for volunteers went out on social media a week before the event and we were thrilled that the following people volunteered their time and their vocal cords: Zara Bode, William Forchion, Olive Gitelson, Cassandra Holloway, Robin Morgan, Daniel Quipp, Paula Smoot Sistare, Brandie Starr, Amanda Witman, and Diana Whitney. These are the voices that you will hear over the radio waves at midnight beginning on December 18 and continuing nightly at that time for the following year.
